Hi again everybody!  Sandy at First Gen American came up with another writing experiment to see what bloggers could come up with when asked to combine personal finance with the 12 Days of Christmas!  Without further ado, I present to you The BFS 12 Days of Christmas with background commentary below *begin humming now, lol*:

On the twelfth day of Christmas,
my true love sent to me…

Twelve months of budgeting,
Eleven weeks til my blogoversary,
Ten ways of money-making,
Nine-ish months of blogging,
Eight financial health steps working,
Seven days of posting,
Six silly ways of saving money,
Five married years,
Four frugal recipes,
Three blogging websites,
Two blogging host sites,
And a great group of friends I had not met before!

With Commentary:

On the twelfth day of Christmas,
my true love sent to me…

Twelve months of budgeting,
(okay, it’s been like 48-60 months, but that didn’t work)
Eleven weeks til my blogoversary,
(woot, woot)
Ten ways of money-making,
(shameless plug but good list)
Nine-ish months of blogging,
(hehehe, it fit)
Eight financial health steps working,
(also a great series and shameless plug)
Seven days of posting,
( I LOVE it despite hand cramps, hahaha)
Six silly ways of saving money,
(this post made me laugh writing it and laugh more reading the comments)
Five married years,
(shout out to my sweety!)
Four frugal recipes,
(4 was hard, and this worked, so hush up, lol)
Three blogging websites,
(I’m going to stop apologizing for shameless plugs now, hehehe)
Two blogging host sites,
(goodbye Blogger, hello WordPress)
And a great group of friends I had not met before!
(You all are amazing and make all of this worth it!!!)

MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
